Rescheduling

Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations outside of 24 hours from your scheduled appointment may be made online, email, or phone and do not incur a cancellation fee.

  • Any cancellation made less than 24 hours must be made by phone and will result in a $69 cancellation fee.

  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Reschedule

  • The same cancellation policy applies to rescheduling an appointment, however, if within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment, you may reschedule your appointment by phone for the next available time and date. Some or all of the fee applied may be credited to the rescheduled service on a case-by-case basis.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will call you at the earliest convenience, during normal business hours, and will offer you an alternative appointment date and time. No fees will ever be collected if we have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If a reschedule is needed due to weather, we will try to reschedule you for the next date and time available during good weather. No cancellation/rescheduling fee applies if you agree to reschedule due to weather. If you decide to keep your current appointment and later request new photos, a new callout fee to redo some or all of the photos may apply.

  • Alternative appointments will be be based on mutually agreed time and dates, and weather conditions (aerial).
