2D Schematic Floor Plans by Matterport®

Along with a good picture, a floor plan gives a client an idea of the available space and how they can use it. 2D Schematic floor plans by Matterport® are laser-measured for perfection and accuracy, saving you time so you can focus on closing the deal. 2D Schematic floor plans by Matterport® are included with most of our virtual tour packages.

Virtual Staging

Help a potential buyer visualize a space with virtual Staging. For a fraction of the cost of traditional staging, we can add furniture and décor to bring a space alive and adding value to your property listing.

Virtual staging is an appointment Add-On and may be added to any order where interior photos were taken.

standOUT

Highlight and add vibrance to a property to make it standout from the surrounding aera. A standOUT photo gives a clear visual representation of the property lines in a clean and modern way.

First Look

Timing is everything, but what if you need a little more time before listing? First look allows you to book an appointment for all of your exterior photos so you may go live with a Coming Soon MLS listing. Then, when your seller is ready, you may book a second appointment for all of the interior shots. First Look is also a great option for the changing of the seasons so you may get photos during your preferred season if you plan on waiting a couple months before listing. First Look gives you the flexibility of up to 60 days between your two appointments.

Home Efficiency Scan (Coming Soon)

Time, as with anything, will take it’s toll on your home. Ensure it is running efficiently. Using high resolution and thermal imaging cameras, we can see what the naked eye can’t, enabling you to decide if its time to replace those old windows and doors. We can even advise if other home improvement products could make your home more efficient. A simple scan from us can save you hundreds of dollars a year in utility expenses.

Roof Inspection

Living in the Midwest and South exposes our roofs to constant bombardment of elements. From wind damage to hail, eventually your roof will need to be repaired or replaced. Using the latest unmanned technology, we can safely inspect your roof quickly without even stepping on a ladder. We will provide a same-day report with detailed photos, accurate measurements, and recommendations on servicing or replacing your roof from local, reputable companies .

Pipeline and Infrastructure Inspection (Coming Soon)

For most private and government entities, inspection of infrastructure is time consuming and expensive. These inspections, however, are a necessity to ensure structures, powerline and pipelines are in good, serviceable condition. At Top Down we use the latest unmanned technology equipped with high resolution and thermal imaging cameras to inspect infrastructure safely and efficiently awhile getting the detailed images that you need. Furthermore we can provide GPS mapping for marking of pipeline tracks. Our inspection services are far more cost effective then using manned aircraft and without putting a person in harms way.
